Call are a Pakistani rock band from Lahore, built around the vocalist Junaid Khan and the guitarist Zulfiqar 'Xulfi' Jabbar Khan. Their debut album Jilawatan (2005) is the one most listeners know them by — 'Sab Bhula Kai', 'Shayad', 'Pukaar', 'Nishaan' and the title track — and it helped set the tone of Pakistani rock through the 2000s. Xulfi went on to become one of the country's most consequential producers, eventually curating Coke Studio.
